Shipping – discoverypainting.com.au dispatches physical goods by Australia Post and other reputable courier companies. We offer Free Local Pickup for the Perth Area only between the hours of 9 am till 4 pm Monday to Friday. Customers will be sent an email to confirm when the order is ready for pick up. A copy of the order confirmation will be required to collect the order when available.
Deliveries are processed promptly only upon receipt of full payment this usually being between 1-3 business days
If an order is placed on a Friday afternoon after 12 pm, then delivery will be dispatched on a Monday morning once payment is showing. Customers will receive a confirmation email when the order has been shipped. If you are located in a remote area or purchase goods that are very heavy or bulky, the delivery price may vary. In some cases, we may contact you regarding this.
If delivery is urgent, then please call 08 9303 2638, and we will make every effort to get the order ready for dispatch that day. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option and area to be delivered too. Delivery times are only estimates.
We will not be liable to the customer for any delay in delivery how so ever arising. The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping information is provided. We would not be liable to you if you provided us with incomplete or incorrect shipping information. You will be responsible for any fees incurred as a result of incomplete or inaccurate shipping information. If the parcel is returned as undeliverable, a $14.00 return fee will apply, and a reshipping fee will apply. This fee will be dependent on your shipping area.
Any damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received, but Discovery Painting will do its best to help you in this situation.
Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of discoverypainting.com.au.
